Built for your garden, not the catalogue
Every Lynx Lair can be reconfigured: the modular panel system means windows and doors can move to suit the view, the sun and the neighbours. Beyond that, we design fully custom rooms: L-shapes, split rooms, extra height, composite cladding, plastered and wired interiors.
Bespoke projects typically start around £8,000 installed and take 8 to 12 weeks from sign-off.

Size, use, budget, where it sits in the garden. A sketch on a napkin is fine.

We measure up, check access and the base, and talk through what will and will not need planning.

Design and price
You get a drawing, a spec sheet and a fixed price. Change anything you like.

Our recommended team delivers and installs, then walks you round the finished room.
