What is the Woodland Gazebo made of?

120x120mm posts, 19mm tongue and groove roof, pressure treated. Pressure treated timber resists rot and decay from the day it arrives, and we recommend treating it within 4 weeks, two to three coats the first time, then at least once a year after that.

Do I need planning permission for the Woodland Gazebo?

Usually not. Garden structures normally fall under permitted development if they sit behind the front of the house, cover less than half the garden and stay under 2.5m tall within 2m of a boundary. Conservation areas and listed buildings are the usual exceptions, so check with your local planning authority if you are unsure.

Does the Woodland Gazebo need a base?

No concrete base is needed. It stands on any firm, level ground: a patio, a drive or compacted hardstanding all work. Tell us what it is going on and we will advise if anything else is needed.

Do you install the Woodland Gazebo?

Yes. Our recommended team installs, priced by size from £1,000 to £1,950 within 50 miles of our showroom in Cowfold, near Horsham. Further afield we can often still install, priced per job, so ask us for a quote. Installation is invoiced separately and paid on completion. It also comes as a complete kit with instructions if you would rather build it yourself.

How long does delivery take, and do you deliver to Scotland?

Lead time is typically 2 to 4 weeks from order. Delivery is free to every UK mainland address including Scotland, with no minimum spend. Islands and Northern Ireland are quoted separately.

What guarantee comes with the Woodland Gazebo?

Our timber guarantees run up to 10 years on tongue and groove buildings and log cabins, and up to 15 years on pressure treated buildings, provided it is treated and maintained as set out in our returns and warranty policy.

Can I see the Woodland Gazebo before I buy?

We have buildings at our showroom at Camelia Botnar Garden Centre in Cowfold, near Horsham that you can walk into, and we can take you through the rest of the range while you are there. Open 7 days a week, no appointment needed.
